Royal mail left parcel outside in the rain which soaked my purchase and damaged the cards and flower press inside. Royal mail explained that I had to contact sender because your postage insurance covers damage. I emailed sales@studiowald twice with phtogphotos and tracking reference number. On both occasions I've had no response. I brought this as a birthday gift, that date has now passed and I have brought a different gift. I'm now left with a damaged birthday card and flower press.
